Updated January 25, 2023.

Your privacy is important to Gebher, so we have developed a Privacy Policy that governs how we collect, use, transfer and store your personal data. Gebher's Privacy Policy describes how Gebher collects, uses and shares your personal data.

In addition to this Privacy Policy, we provide data and privacy information embedded in our products and certain features that require the use of your personal information.

You will be given the opportunity to review this specific information before using these features. You can also view this information at any time in the Settings for these features and / or online in your Account ID.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices, accessible via the headings below, and contact us if you have any questions.

  • At Gebher, we firmly believe in fundamental rights to privacy and that those fundamental rights should not differ depending on where you live in the world. That is why we treat all data that relates to an identified or identifiable individual or that is linked or traceable to it by Gebher as "personal data", regardless of where the individual lives. This means that data that directly identifies you, such as your name, is personal data, and also data that does not directly identify you, but which can reasonably be used to identify you, such as your device's serial number, is personal data. Aggregated data is considered non-personal data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how Gebher or a Gebher affiliate company handles personal data whether you interact with us on our websites, via Gebher apps (such as Gebher Web Services or Gebher Cluster) or in person (including for phone or when you visit our facilities). Gebher may also link to third parties on our services or make third party apps available for download in our online store. Gebher's Privacy Policy does not apply to how third parties define personal data or how they use it. We encourage you to read their privacy policies and know your privacy rights before interacting with them.

  • At Gebher we respect your ability to know, access, correct, transfer, limit the processing and delete your personal data. We have provided these rights to our global customer base and if you choose to exercise these privacy rights, you have the right not to be treated in a discriminatory way or to receive a lower level of service from Gebher. To exercise your privacy rights and choices, visit the Gebher Data and Privacy page at privacy.gebher.com/ for Gebher Int & Co. If the Data and privacy page is not available in your region, you can make requests on privacy rights on gebher.com/legal/privacy/contact .

There may be situations where we cannot comply with your request - for example if you ask us to delete your transaction data and Gebher is legally required to keep a record of that transaction to comply with the law. We may also refuse to comply with a request where this affects our legitimate use of the data for anti-fraud and security purposes, for example when you request the deletion of an account under investigation for security concerns. Other reasons why your privacy request may be denied is if it jeopardizes the privacy of others, is frivolous or vexatious, or would be extremely impractical.
