Refund option may not be available depending on the type of product or service. We do not refund digital products once the order has been completed, except for bugs directly related to us. For services, if not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund if the delivery of the same has not started. Otherwise, the refund will be calculated by deducting the amount we deem appropriate. Some payment methods allow a 100% refund plan if requested within 7 days. Yes. We strongly believe in education and want to help all students with their projects if they need any of our services or products. To access discounts, send an e-mail specifying your request to campus@gebher.com, using an e-mail address of your institution (e.g. name.surname@university.com). If you don't have one, you can send the documentation certifying that you are regularly registered.

A WebSite X5 Template is a ready-to-use site, with pre-setting graphic parts and completely adaptable to your needs. We continually release new site templates and make them available because we want your site to be amazing. The WebSite X5 Templates that you find on our Store are available for free or paid download. All WebSite X5 Pro Themes can only be used with the WebSite X5 Pro software (Incomedia WebSite Builder), at the indicated version or higher and not with other types of products or services.

When you purchase and/or download one of the WebSite X5 Templates from our Store you get a real ready-to-use website, complete with graphics, styles and a certain number of pre-set pages (e.g. Home, Services, Prices, Contacts etc.), with filler texts (e.g. Lorem Ipsum, Generics etc.), sample images and multimedia objects. The project comes in IWZIP format, ready to be imported into the software.

When you purchase a digital product, we send you an e-mail immediately after payment containing a download link valid for 30 days. You will find a link after 48h in your personal area, in the "My orders" section. This time limit is set for security reasons, once it has expired, if you need it you can request reactivation for other days for free within 1 year of ordering. Free products may not be registered or otherwise may not have such a system and you will need to re-download the product again if still available.

Advanced objects are additional content or plugins that allow you to have advanced features on your site, such as a Gallery, Special Buttons, a Timeline, etc. You are always free to decide and modify each content. In creating a Template we do not set limits to creativity and we choose from all the Objects available those that we believe lend themselves best to the graphic context. We cannot include any optional items as these are not sold by us, but you can purchase them directly from the Incomedia Marketplace. If you wish, you can request a guided configuration from us, to set up the objects without having to purchase them.

We do not impose particular restrictions on the use of WebSite X5 Templates. You are free to use them to create as many websites as you like, both for you and for any of your customers. The only limitation is the commercial one, i.e. it is not allowed to directly resell the templates as they are, neither if downloaded for free nor if purchased. You can use a Template to build a complete Website that will be resold to a Client. Some models come with option code as an alternative to optional items. We want to provide great templates and that's why we use extra codes from time to time to make the site more beautiful. This code is usable at will and can be removed if you don't want the advanced options. We can provide assistance if you have difficulty using the HTML code.
