How does it work in detail?

Select one of the proposed plans based on your needs and budget. Create a project brief (info form). One of our experts will analyze the needs of your project and recommend the best solutions with WebSite X5 Pro (Step 1). From your requests we will create one or more graphic drafts (Step 2). Once you confirm your preferred graphics, we will proceed with the development of the site (Step 3). We will send you the instructions to proceed with the payment (Step 4). We will proceed to export the project online and send you the .iwzip file, hosting plan access credentials and software license key (Step 5).

What are the timing of the service?

Service activation times are very short. As soon as we receive your request, we will select one of our Specialists compatible by geographical area. You will receive a confirmation of acceptance within 12 working hours, and the first contact from our Specialist within 72 working hours. We will send you a message for a personalized appointment, where you can choose the day and time. After this first phase, our team will take care of bringing your idea to life. This phase is the actual realization of the project and can take from a few days to a few weeks. It all depends on the complexity of the project. On average we don't take longer than a week. We try to create your site in the shortest possible time, trust us.

How much does the quote cost?

You can request a completely free quote at any time. You will pay only and exclusively when you confirm the graphic draft to us. Our first goal is customer satisfaction.

What are the differences with the service X5 Design Lab?

The main difference is that the X5 Design Lab service is provided by the Incomedia Software House which develops the program. We are partners of Incomedia. Thanks to our network, we can offer a specialized and professional Team for a website that is well-finished in many respects. Our prices are more affordable allowing you to choose the most suitable plan. You have included a Hosting Plan and depending on the options also the software license. When you request a project from us, in addition to offering you a Personal Agent (Specialist) who will follow you during all phases, we will provide the multiple experiences of our Team, made up of webdesigners, webmasters, content managers, webmarketing and SEO experts. A Team with varied skills for a successful site.

Can I get assistance after designing?

Of course, with our other Specialist Support service you can receive dedicated assistance, at any time. Simply choose the plan that best suits your needs and the type of activation. For greater flexibility we allow the purchase of a single package valid for a week, and for customers with greater needs, a monthly or annual subscription. What are the payment methods for the service?

The main payment method for this service is by bank transfer. We will send you the documentation with the bank details to which you can make the payment. Upon request, we can also proceed with the payment on the PayPal Gateway for a safer transition. For payments other than bank transfers, we reserve the right to apply a 10% surcharge.

If I don't like the graphic design, do I have to pay?

No. If the graphics that our specialist will propose to you are not to your liking, feel free not to proceed with the service or request a different draft.

What is the Basic WebSite X5 Pro Design option?

The Basic WebSite X5 Pro Design option is a limited service. You can request it by pressing the "activate promotion" button or request participation by sending an email to hello@gebher.com. Compared to the other design services, this one ONLY offers the .iwzip project. No after-sales service, software license or hosting plan is provided.

What version of WebSite X5 will the project be?

The design of your model will be carried out with compatibility with the most recent version of WebSite X5 Pro. All the projects proposed on our portal are exclusively compatible with the WebSite X5 Pro variant (not compatible with the Evo version). Our designers always use the latest versions, for security reasons and less bugs.

Can I choose one of the Templates from the Store to have my project adapted with this service?

Yes. You can choose one of the many models in our Store or one from third parties. You will have to buy it separately and communicate the .iwzip file during the briefing. Make sure the model is compatible and that you have the necessary licenses for that application.
